To create an FTP account on the Managed Cloud Server:

Go to Managed Cloud Platform: Click 'Websites' on the left navigation bar and select your site.
Access FTP Settings: Click on 'Advanced' > 'FTP' in the top menu.
Add FTP Account: Click the 'Add account' button, then input the username, password, and the Directory for FTP access.
FTP Hostname: The FTP hostname will be the server's IP address.

This will allow you to manage file transfers securely via FTP/SFTP.
