cPanel Access
If you have cPanel access, you can start by logging in using the credentials provided in the welcome email.
You can also auto-login to cPanel from our Client Portal.
- Explore the cPanel interface to familiarize yourself with various tools.
- You can install WordPress, manage files, databases, email accounts and more through cPanel.
WordPress Toolkit
You can install and manage WordPress using the WordPress Toolkit in cPanel.
- In cPanel, locate the “WordPress Toolkit” icon and click on it.
- Follow the prompts to install WordPress.
- Manage your WordPress site using the WordPress Toolkit.
Initiating a Free Website Transfer or Migration
If you are migrating from another host, NoFrillsCloud offers a free website transfer service.
- Open a support ticket from your Client Portal.
- Provide the necessary details as specified in the Knowledgebase article below.
How to Start a Free Website Transfer or Migration
Changing PHP Version
You can easily change the PHP version through cPanel.
- Go to cPanel and find “Select PHP Version” under the “Software” section.
- Choose the PHP version you want and click “Set as current”.

Previewing Website Before DNS Change
You can preview your website from our server before updating the nameservers or DNS.
- Use the temporary URL tool provided in the Knowledgebase article to preview your site.
Updating DNS
After setting up your site, update your domain’s DNS settings.
- If using our nameservers, update them at your domain registrar with the nameservers provided in the welcome email.
- If your DNS is managed externally (e.g., Cloudflare), point the A record to the IP address provided in the welcome email.
It can take anywhere from a few hours or up to 24 hours for DNS propagation to complete before your website is accessible from our server.
SSL Certificates
Once your domain is pointed to our servers, SSL certificates will be automatically installed within 24 hours.
