We can transfer or migrate your websites over without any charge.
Once you signed up for an account, submit a new support ticket with Technical Support and provide us with:
- Old Host Control Panel Link
- Old Host Control Panel Username
- Old Host Control Panel Password
- SSH Access / Root Access (Optional)
Note:
If your old host is using cPanel as their hosting control panel, we can migrate the whole account over which includes all files, databases, email accounts, SSL certificates, etc.
If your old host is not using cPanel, we will only migrate the files and database over. You can migrate the emails with a free service like IMAPSync.
If you are coming over from SiteGround with Site Tools, we do require that you be on standby when we start the migration as they will email you a security code which we need to login to their portal.
The time taken to complete the migration will depend on the network speed between your old server and our server as well as the speed of the old server. It usually take a few hours at most but we recommend planning for a few days just in case.
